Tao Qin received the M.S. degree from Hunan University of Technology (HUT), jointly with New Laboratory of Pattern Recognition (NLPR), State Key Laboratory of Multimodal Artificial Intelligence Systems (MAIS), Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA), China. He received B.E. degree in Automation from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Zhoukou Normal University. His research focuses on pattern recognition.

He is working as an engineer at Social Touch Co. Ltd. (SocialTouch).
